  • Products Not Containing Gluten Ingredients: Products in this group do not include gluten-containing ingredients, but they have not been validated through testing to meet the under-20 ppm threshold. Although Frito-Lay reports routine cleaning between runs, they have not tested these items for residual gluten. Ingredients may also have been exposed to gluten before arriving at the facility.

Do Funyuns Have Gluten?

Based on the ingredient list, Funyuns do not contain ingredients that are sources of gluten such as wheat, barley, or rye. However, Frito-Lay has not validated Funyuns through gluten testing to confirm they contain less than 20 ppm of gluten, and therefore Funyuns are not labeled gluten-free.

Are Funyuns Safe to Eat?
