Ingredients Needed
- 12-pack Hawaiian rolls
- 12 large chicken nuggets or tenders
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 6 slices mozzarella (or shredded)
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

Quick Instructions
- Cook chicken nuggets according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and butter the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls attached. Place the bottom half in the prepared dish and warm in the oven for about 3 minutes to toast slightly.
- Remove from oven and place a cooked nugget on each bun, then spoon sauce over each nugget.
- Cover with mozzarella slices or a sprinkle of shredded cheese, then place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and brush generously over the tops of the sandwiches.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if using, then cover the dish tightly with foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes, remove the foil, and bake another 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
In under 20 minutes you’ll have golden, pull-apart sliders that look like you put in a lot more effort than you did. They deliver classic comfort flavors kids and adults both love.

Ingredients
- 1 (12 pack) Hawaiian Rolls
- 12 large chicken nuggets (or tenders)

Using a large serrated knife, cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally leaving the individual rolls attached, and place the bottom half into your prepared dish. Pop it in the oven to cook for about 3 minutes to get a little toasty.

Remove from the oven and top each bun with a cooked nugget followed by the sauce.

Lay the sliced mozzarella over top and then cover with the top half of your buns.

Combine the melted butter with the seasonings and brush a generous amount over the top of the uncooked sandwiches.

Sprinkle grated parmesan over top and then COVER the dish with FOIL.

Cook for 15 minutes and then remove the foil and continue cooking for 3-5 more minutes.

Allow them to cool for a few minutes and then simply pull them apart and enjoy! You’re going to love that cheese pull. 🙂
Notes
- You can use any cheese you like — shredded or sliced mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend.
