Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos are a flavorful twist on classic tacos — a simple griddle recipe that combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, and tangy ranch for an easy weeknight dinner.
For a low-carb option, serve the mixture in lettuce leaves instead of tortillas for Keto-friendly bacon ranch lettuce wraps.

How to make Blackstone Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos
Preheat your Blackstone griddle or flat top to medium-low heat. This moderate temperature lets the bacon render and the chicken cook through without drying out.
Add 6 to 8 slices of bacon, cut into bite-size pieces. Cook the bacon alone for a few minutes, stirring occasionally with spatulas so it renders evenly.

Add 1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces. You don’t need extra oil — the bacon grease provides plenty of fat for cooking. Season with kosher salt, black pepper, and a dry ranch seasoning blend.

Cook the chicken and bacon together for about 8 minutes, stirring and breaking up pieces so everything cooks evenly. During the final minute, drizzle about 1/3 cup of ranch dressing over the mix and stir to coat the chicken and bacon with flavor.

While the mixture finishes, warm soft taco-size flour tortillas directly on a clean part of the griddle for a minute or so until pliable and heated through.

Assemble tacos by spooning the chicken and bacon mixture into warm tortillas. Top with your favorites — shredded lettuce, cheese, cilantro, pickled or fresh jalapeños, and sliced avocado all work great.

You can also offer the filling as lettuce wraps so everyone at the table can choose their preferred base. This flexibility makes the recipe perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.
